In the doggcrapp training system why we need to take 3 exercises per bodypart and cycle them. Why not just take 2 of them and still rotate. So we can make each exercises more often. And for some bodypart it's hard to find 3 goods exercises, and in fact we need 4 cause if we fail on one we need to change it.

The slighest alteration will due. The whole point is to keep the CNS from stalling out on an exercise that it becomes neurally effecient at preforming. With Westside Barbell training, they change their ME exercise every 1-3 weeks to avoid the unavoidable plateau.
