Another day cuming home from work feeling like a "bottom" ...

I'm still at work and already feel like that, did get a moment of satisfaction by bringing someone down

Sometimes I feel like a bottom, sometimes I feel like a top. I find that the more I relax and go with the flow, the more I feel like I'm even with my coworkers and not above or below. In some things, I am asked/told to do things which I do. In some cases, I am the one providing the guidance.
It's really weird and it's taken a long time to get used to but I'm learning.

I tried resigning from my job today....they asked me to pitch a new position telecommuting instead

today I had a piece of shit tech tell my boss I did not inform him about some equipment he needed to move, then my boss sent me a nasty email saying I should know better, then I forwarded her his acknowledgment email that highlights the TWO times where I told him about it, FUCKING OWNED!!! I'm less of a bottom today

New position pitch went well...the CEO was horrified I was considering resigning....he asked me if this was going to be a permanent thing..I told him it could be
we ended the conversation with the thought that he will be meeting with human resources and the company president AND the head of all the company's interwebs (whos my bro) at the end of this week to come up with an appropriate way to pay me to telecommute
I find this all a little bizarre

I havent seen my boss in months. He works in another state. In fact, no one in my division even works in my building.
because my duties would actually change and I would no longer be the one keeping the appointments and following it through..like I used to
and I would no longer have lot duties
I'd mainly be making the appointments and getting commission based on the appointments kept and sales made
my boss works less than 10 ft behind me
oh..and take some courses this summer and next fall....husbands pay covers things just not as comfortably..plus refinancing the house for a lower rate/less monthly payment
this just happens to be a bonus...and I'll probably still try to take the classes

butt they do everything you ask and compensate you well
thats because you work in a god awful call center. i used to run one. they are the suck.my boss works less than 10 ft behind me
it's not a call center, it's a field maintenance and system integration company, we provide digital media, commercial communication and government weather logistics.
It still fucking suck with cubicles though...

I'm evening out, might come out being a top... but I didnt get to go home for lunch to enjoy my hammock
