i have talked to guys at the gym and they are telling me that i should take this everyday and no matter what do not miss a day. is this true or should i do like 5 days on 5 days off and so on, also is 50 tabs of 25mcg enough. i do not want to risk taking more than 2 a day do ot the fact that this is such a finicky drug. plus my need is not that substancial. i am 6 foot 220 and about 15%bf. thats not great but its not enough to be getting up to really high doses either. tell me what you think. thanks
