I've had a little niggling pain in my right forarm for maybe 3 or 4 weeks, it wasn't at all bad but after heavy, heavy, intense workouts for the last 2/3 weeks on my

test + dbol 

cycle its gonna need some time off. i'm gonna have to hold off on any exercise involving grip strength, rows, pull/push downs, curls etc. I'm heartbroken as i'm making such good gains on this cycle.
my question is for any bro's who have experience with this sort of problem, will a week off (on cycle.....) be enough to rest this arm? its not super badly hurt, just a bit painful to grip in certain ways. the pain is on the outer/underside of my forearm about 3 inches above the wrist. I don;t wanna waste this wonderful window of opportunity for a second longer than i have to.
