Sorry if I'm pissing you all off. I'm trying to find answers and I haven't had much luck with the search engine.
When consuming fat do you divide up the fat intake for all 6 meals throughout the day? or do you try to consume all the fat in the a.m. and stick to strictly protein after your workout?
As well.. after your workout, am I able to drink a protein shake? If so. am I allowed to add dextrose, or is that defeating the whole principle behind low-carbs?
