I'm 27, 5'11, 200lbs, 20-25% bf.

I have stopped training for a few months but my usual training regime is gym in the morning, starting with 30 mins cardio balanced over different days but still doing it every day (30 mins flat, 1min sprints/2min jog and 30sec sprints/1min jog) followed by legs, pushes and pulls every other day, then after 12 hours HIT martial art training in the evenings for aprox 1-1.5 hours depending on how much talk or explaining there is in class.

My problem is, i want to do more but my muscles simply give way before my mind does, i have it mentally but my muscles just seem to die out after a 20-24 set workout.

I eat a lot of healthy foods, fresh foods, and i seem to eat a lot and i feel like i want to eat all day everyday, even after i finish eating i won't feel like i'm full so i need to eat more, i eat like a horse. For the extra protein and all that i use shakes, and stuff. For energy i use supplements before entering the gym but that doesn't really give me much, maybe a 1 hour window. I'm doing the most a person can do the normal way.

The goals i want to achieve is to be able to work longer, get more sets in. The problem i have is my muscles turn to jelly and i can't cut back on the amount of food i eat. I have tried many times and i end up feeling very weak and sometimes feel like throwing up.

I'm very healthy, but i was born with slightly high blood pressure, my last reading was 145/90 / AH and they also found trace amounts of protein in my urine but i'm assuming this is because of the excessive amount of protein i'm consuming.

Now here's the real question, i want to start taking anabolic steroids not to look good or to do it for the sack of bodybuilding, but rather to accomplish a higher volume of training that my muscles currently cannot cope with. I have been doing 6 days a week for the past 1.5 years and have been working out in the gym every now and then for more than 8 years, but the amount of food i consume is far greater than the amount my body needs, which brings me to doing more cardio, and more cardio means more fatigue and less muscle.

Would taking steroids be appropriate for this situation? I really want to go for it because so far i have had a hard time accomplishing my goals due to muscle fatigue and not so impressive results. I want to become like a fucking hulk but not at the cost of my stamina.

you have no business touching steroids right now man... your body fat is way too high for that... im not trying to be a dick, but to have a body fat that high, there's no fucking way you eat clean... im sorry but if you were eating clean you would be nowhere near that number...

if you really can't control yourself with your eating then you need to get products with appetite suppressants in them... you are clearly overtraining as well is you are experiencing that much muscle fatigue... you need bcaas while training as well...

you need to learn how to control yourself... anyone that works out hard is going to develop a bigger appetite because your body is going to need it but you need to learn some self control man.... your not in any position to be taking steroids... its not what you need...

Considering your conditions, steroids wouldn't help and stimulants and creatine would be bad too. If you're looking for a little boost in strength I'd recommend some UNLEASHED. That's about the only thing that'll give a little edge and stay in the safe range. I'd also eat les and do less cardio. You're fighting against yourself with that.

The #1 purpose of AAS is to get bigger and/or stronger, not "to accomplish a higher volume of training that my muscles currently cannot cope with".

I do eat clean. And it is possible, regardless of what experience you have. I have no reason to come on here and say something that isn't true. No one knows me and i have no one to impress, plus i'm asking about something that i know nothing about, why would i want to give you false info? It's like lying to a doctor which in turn could kill you with the medication he prescribes for you.

Anyway, just a rough idea that can help me as a guideline on when would be the right moment to return here if i ever do? I came here because i know plenty of professional athletes do use steroids, and i'm just asking why would they use it as a performance enhancing drug and i shouldn't? I'm only trying to figure out, if i'm training as hard as they are, when what's the difference between me and them?

Let me rephrase, I am trying to become stronger and faster, and by doing a higher volume of training and getting sufficient sleep and nutrient, i will become bigger, and i was hoping AAS was something that will allow me to work harder and longer which in return will reap the benefits you have just stated. Look i'm not trying to build muscles where i don't need them, so it's quite obvious compared to a bodybuilder i don't want to become big like that, but i do want my muscles to grow faster.

I'm willing to give anything a go before sticking a needle into myself, could you kindly post a link of the supplement "unleashed" you have just mentioned. Many thanks!

Wow where to start...first the difference between you and a professional is night and day....genetics, dedication (i know you truly feel that you are dedicated but their entire life and livelihoods depends on their bodies and preformance. I am not going to bash you bro and your smart asking questions to get input. I know you dont want to here it but dylan is righy. With all the cardio and working out your doing, there is no way your eating clean and staying at 20+% bf. Take six months and start weighing and counting to calories consumed vs. needed (see diet section for this) and also maybe back off the over training and see where you are at. Steroids will still be here 6months from now....I promise. Continue to learn and research and good luck to you.

Ok, i'm not going to hang around like people that just post on forums and start kicking up shit. I will reduce my bodyfat to 7%, will cut down on cardio, will follow whatever feedback mods and other professional users have given me, and i will be back. We can take it from there. Thanks and i appreciate everyone's input.

If you have an android or iphone try out my fitness pal.... enter in your daily foods consumed and post it up here. You shouldn't be that high bf with all your training. Dylan is right stay away from aas. With your blood pressure alone I wouldn't touch aas, your in/close to hypertension as it is.

bro, im sorry your upset but when you ask a question, your going to get an honest answer... your right, i dont know you or what your doing but your idea of eating clean may be totally different from others and I didn't get to become a nutritionist without knowing just a "little bit" about diets and I guarantee you that at your body fat, you are not eating clean... especially if you are training as hard as you say you are... your overtraining yourself if you can't keep up with your lifts... you may need some work on endurance, especially muscular endurance... these are all fixable things, you just have to make the changes necessary to accomplish them... you don't have to get to 7% to take steroids but you need to get down closer to the 15% range at least... and it may not be the answer to your problems anyway...

No that's perfectly fine, i didn't take offense and it was exactly the kind of answer i was looking for. Advice is all i wanted, if someone more experienced thinks i'm doing something wrong, what will i end up doing? Stick a needle into myself? Maybe if i was 18.

Any advice is welcomed. Thanks everyone.
