I'm 27, 5'11, 200lbs, 20-25% bf.
I have stopped training for a few months but my usual training regime is gym in the morning, starting with 30 mins cardio balanced over different days but still doing it every day (30 mins flat, 1min sprints/2min jog and 30sec sprints/1min jog) followed by legs, pushes and pulls every other day, then after 12 hours HIT martial art training in the evenings for aprox 1-1.5 hours depending on how much talk or explaining there is in class.
My problem is, i want to do more but my muscles simply give way before my mind does, i have it mentally but my muscles just seem to die out after a 20-24 set workout.
I eat a lot of healthy foods, fresh foods, and i seem to eat a lot and i feel like i want to eat all day everyday, even after i finish eating i won't feel like i'm full so i need to eat more, i eat like a horse. For the extra protein and all that i use shakes, and stuff. For energy i use supplements before entering the gym but that doesn't really give me much, maybe a 1 hour window. I'm doing the most a person can do the normal way.
The goals i want to achieve is to be able to work longer, get more sets in. The problem i have is my muscles turn to jelly and i can't cut back on the amount of food i eat. I have tried many times and i end up feeling very weak and sometimes feel like throwing up.
I'm very healthy, but i was born with slightly high blood pressure, my last reading was 145/90 / AH and they also found trace amounts of protein in my urine but i'm assuming this is because of the excessive amount of protein i'm consuming.
Now here's the real question, i want to start taking anabolic steroids not to look good or to do it for the sack of bodybuilding, but rather to accomplish a higher volume of training that my muscles currently cannot cope with. I have been doing 6 days a week for the past 1.5 years and have been working out in the gym every now and then for more than 8 years, but the amount of food i consume is far greater than the amount my body needs, which brings me to doing more cardio, and more cardio means more fatigue and less muscle.
Would taking steroids be appropriate for this situation? I really want to go for it because so far i have had a hard time accomplishing my goals due to muscle fatigue and not so impressive results. I want to become like a fucking hulk but not at the cost of my stamina.
