Annoying Firefox problem

IE doesn't do this.

When going to gmail to send an attachment via email, where it has the little paper clip and says Attach A File, if I go to click that link there to attach, instead two little boxes pop up that give me the open of either saving a swf or opening a swf file.

I can't click the attach link button because they cover it up. WTF is up with this bullshit. I don't even have any swf files.

Weird interaction between RealPlayer and FF4. Ever since the "upgrade", whenever I've got Youtube loaded, whether or not anything is actually playing, that RealPlayer "Download This Video" app pops up whenever I hover the cursor over any hyperlink, even if it's on a different tab from Youtube.

As you can see, that's a crop from the Elite Fitness title bar.
