Ankle weights

Well....

As a basketball player for many years I tried ankle weights to improve speed, agility and strength,"WRONG!" I've been told by many doctors that ankle weights are not good for your knees nor you ankles.

There is nothing that an ankle weight can do that you can't get out of a gym.

In my opinion( which I am no one special) that you should trade those ankle weights in for a belt, a squat rack and a donkey calve raise machine. They probably gotta great deal at a gym near you.
