I was through the middle of a chest program and dislocated my ankle jumping on a trampoline.
I don't know how long ill be out, but I can't walk without crutches right now, and I'm afraid if I continue my high protein diet, I will gain fat, sitting in a chair all day. What kind of diet should I try to maintain my results and prevent fat gain?
