I can't stand Jellyfish, not the typical clear white jelly fish those are actually quite nice to look at, but the large ones that have tentacles bodies filled with gunk and nasty looking redishbrown colors.

What prompted you to post this? Have you been to the coast recently?

I live about 20 minutes from the beach in S. Florida

Actually I was watching Sphere and the jellyfish swarmed the lady outside in the diving suite.

Everytime we go to the coast in Texas, someone gets stung by a Jellyfish. My daughter has been stung that the last 2 times we've been.

Meat tendorizer and vinegar works best I hear. Meat tenderizer because its enzymes break down protein which is what the poison from the stings are made of. (I want to see some of you nuts eat some of that)

LOL. If it would put 10lbs of muscle on you, I guarantee you plenty of guys here would eat it.

What about those mokeys' with their rear'end hanging out. Now that's ugly.

Slugs.....I hate slugs...

I've lived in my house four years, and this is the first year I have had a problem with slugs. :smash:

Someone said to put a bowl of beer out and it would attract them and they would drown, but I have an outside dog that would probably drink it too. :(

lol, shit beetles.

they fly too. you can hear them coming in from a ways away. then they just stop lying and fall to the ground and start rolling shit balls.

Spruce Bugs! Big beetles with large antennae that bite and can take a huge chunk outta ya! They have freaked me out as long as I can remember! I called them Eye Eaters when I was small!

The beer does work, I've tried it in the past.....bastards drown in it....

You can also pour salt on them -- the salt dissolves the slug completely, but will stain concrete..... you can almost hear them "scream" when you pour the salt on....

God I hate slugs! Blech!!! *shudders*

Slugs and snails dont like moving over coarse sand and sharp gravel. Put a perimeter around anything you want to protect.
