i have been looking at the animal line lately, and i am thinking about purchasing the m-stak and animal pak. anyone have any experience with this stuff? also where is the best place to purchase it?

Get products, I've used probably 10 cans of Pak over the years... actually I have 3 empty one's near by, lol. But I'm getting over the marketing schemes and have found other products and piece together my own regimes now for cheaper... and I go back and forth with the Pak though, I still love it. But some times I just can't bare to take 11 pills at once so I'll change to my 1 pill multi vitamin and switch it up like that.

After downing all those pills and pounding water (chugging/chasing the pills) one seems to always get some air in the stomach from chugging the water... I always burped for a good little while after too, just swallow the pills slowly if that's a concern i guess.

IMO the nitty gritty of all of the Multi's are the same.
Some may have "energy boosters" ect. If your going for price:

And add other supplements to your daily regimine as needed.
