Animal Power test-c

I just gave 20 bottles to a good friend of mine and then he dished a few out to his boys and there seems to be a lot of complaints about swelling and a few very minor abscess. Now can this be fixed by letting the bottle sit in warm/hot water for a bit and then shaken to seperate to the particals? That was my answer to his problem and I wanted to run it by you guys for a second opinion.
