I am pissed off that once i went off i-ad most of my mass went away

what cuould i hav3e taken at the end of my cycle that would have helped me keep my gains
Personally, i feel that trib is bs
What about clomid?

I was told.

I was told when you come off of it, to take a good vitamin B Complex and a anti Catabolic formula from Cytodyne, I forgot the name of the product. Also keep the diet (Protein especially) good. I have made some good gains on this stuff. I am so impressed with the product.

wow... i wish somebody told me that
most of my strength gains stayed... i can't say the same for my mass

Benzi don't take this the wrong way, but you should research your stuff a little bit more... like look before leaping. That's like some dude gaining 15 pounds on D-bol and losing most if not all of it b/c he didn't know to take clomid after and eat properly after.

risky, my post cycle diet was more than adequate
i took glutamin, flax, and multis in greater abundance as well
the only thing i didn't take was a good vit b complex
i know how to wene myself of ph's, just never heard of vit b has being anticatabolic

The vitamin B is probably used to increase protein synthesis and overall energy. As far as protein synthesis, I don't know, but it does boost energy a little. I found the most effective version is injectable, plus its cheaper cost wise.

Did you lower your training volume, keep the cals up, and use somthing like creatine when you came off? Those would help as well. How long was your cycle by the way>

try humanovar by gen i thought it was bullshit but i have a friend who was pharmacist in russia who told me humanofort is really a drug sold in europe and he said its liek clomid

Thanks, do you have a link

Forget about the B vitamin stuff. I take it every day, not a real biggie if you miss it, the multivitamin i have has plenty anyway. But that's not the point. You didn't lose weight b/c of lack of B vitamins. If your diet was in check and you increased calories post cycle, and you took supplements as well to help maintain the mass, and your style of training you kept the same... only thing i could think of is your body's natural testosterone production may have been low post cycle and b/c of the hormone imbalance you lost most your gains.

Trib or clomid

I've found that Trib from Biotest has worked for me, so has Clomid. Go with one or the other (I read somewhere not both). I used to think that Trib was BS to because I used the twinlabs Trib Fuel--didn't do shit. Tribex is only $22-25 at dps--it's definately easier to get than clomid :)

I'm doing a 1-AD stack (3x3 a day for 3 weeks--20 days) and I have my Tribex ready. I'll let you know how the post cycle goes. (Just started so it'll be a bit).

His strength is still there so therefore his size lost was mostly due to water loss, not muscle loss
