Androgens cause to age faster?

Aging and wrinkles are caused by FREE RADICALS.

Sun, smoking, alchol, AND some types of androgens cause the proliferation of free radicals, so its important to take anti oxidants and eat properly to prevent premature aging.

I'd add lack of sleep to that list.

But honestly, I think sun damage is overstated. You can avoid sun all your life and still wrinkle. Naturally, severe sun damage is bad, but some sun can be benificial.

The face has hundreds of muscles involved in activity all day long. It's gonna happen.

Then again, the ass is two big fatty muscles that never sees the light of day. Ever see an old persons ass? (Yik)

thank you nelson, i dont care to see an old person's ass. lol
i think genetics is a huge factor as well. my father who is in his early 60's has been working outside for years and under the hot sun and seems to minor facial wrinkles.

Deep Zen: Okay, but Para is pretty harsh too. Add to the fact that fina isn't entirely sterile just makes it worse. But I don't want to get into a debate over the vet vs human gear thing. If someone wants to use vet gear, they'll argue all day long defending it. And if someone is dead set against it, nobody is going to convince them otherwise.

I'm not arguing whether trenbolone, human grade or not, is harsh; it sure is. I'll never touch it. I was just pointing out that calling it a cow steroid isn't entirely correct, and is misleading. I mean I could just call winstrol a dog or horse steroid, but people would rip me apart because there are high quality products like zambon. I'm not flaming you, but those are the kinds of statements that end up with flame wars.

But anyway, relating this back to the topic, sure, harsher androgens could potentially age you. Androgens are necessary, but at the same time they also act as a stressor on certain parts of the body, most notably the scalp... Of course not everyone will react the same way, as is evident with hairloss. But that's definitely one aspect that would make you look older.

You don't see life extension clinics prescribing tren, masteron, or halo to people who want to look younger.

boy generic, .....are you sure it was caused by your AS use? ......are you sleeping well? have you been stressed? do you smoke and/or drink?

Never sleep well, I only get 4-5 hours per night-but have been this way for decades. I don't smoke or drink.

I believe it was AS. Never used huge amounts - never over 1000 mg per week total. But at 38 people often would guess my age 10 years younger-I did not have one facial wrinkle and same hairline as at 18. By 40 (only 2 years later) I had deep crow lines, forehead wrinkles and receding hair. At 38 people would say "You're lying, your not in your thirties" .... at 40 people would guess my age 38-43 but addendum that with "you look good for your age" - because I was lean and muscular. Now I would choose being a bit skinny and looking very young - because I don't HAVE to do anything. Now I HAVE to really stay on top of it to be decent looking - hard to do with a torn rotator cuff - if I get skinny again now I am now a skinny old man.

I agree with the sun thing. I often get to / am forced to compare the skin on old peoples faces and their backs - many of the 80 year olds have very wrinkled faces and their backs and everything else covered is super smooth

If anyone here is worried about facial wrinkles - check out Dr. Perricones topical alpha lipoic acid and ester c products out. Put simply, they fight inflammation and free radicals that occur on the skin (remember, free radicals cause aging.) and heal existing wrinkles and scars. This combined with an oil free sunscreen everyday will do wonders...

I had doubts before using his products, but lemme tell you they work.
