Androgens cause to age faster?

Nelson Montana said:
Maybe Fonz was referring to using 6 month cycles of cow steroids. Yeah, I bet that'll age you quick.

Every time you make that reference to trenbolone, you ignore the human grade Parabolan. Yes, finaplix-h is made for cattle, but that doesn't change the nature of the hormone.

Instead of just incorrectly passing it off as just a cow steroid, you could easily just point out the harsh sides, human grade or not. Not too many people would disagree with you on that.

I believe this. I am 42 and started AS at 39, upon prescription from a medical doctor. But it was ahealthy dose of AS. WHen I was 38, prior to beginning AS people frequently remarked at how young I looked, often not believing I was even in my 30's. Within weeks of beginning AS my hairline shot back - not bald, but receding. My face now has deep grooves on my forehead and around my eyes, and my hair has grayed. A secretary who has known me for years remarked a few months ago how much I have aged in just the past year or two.

It is fairly well known that many AS can cause tendon ruptures because AS causes cross links in the collagen forming tendons. Facial wrinkles are caused by the exact same damage to collagen - so its not inconceivable that AS causes wrinkles. They have a new light therapy to increase collagen in the face - a non surgical facelift - I have wondered if AS use while doing the light therapy might just exacerbate the problem by causing a rapid aceleration of cross linked (crinkled) collagen.
I wish I had never done anabolics.

yes, but it depends on which ones.

there are a few threads and studies posted re AAS that boost collagen proiduction vs those that degrade it and break down existing. also effect on GH is important. (gh up good, gh down bad)

EQ Var boost collagen production, Var increases amt of gh relesed per burst, winny and the dht stuff degrade collagen. i think test was in the middle. i think deca was positive also.

generally speaking, seems that marker may be effect on joint pain.

also, even on a short erm basis, i notice that when i take something that lowers estrogen (proviron, 1-test, arimidex), my skin dries and gets funky looking. when i take stuff that aromatizes w/o lots of dht associated (like EQ or prohormone Boldione) , skin looks "glowing" and healthy.

Cosmetically speaking, aging seems to accelerate in the 30's and 40's for many. I have seen some people change quite abit over a 5 year period of time. And not for the better. Usually androgens will thicken the skin and also cause more oil to be produced. Both of which would benefit the skin.

As far as the soft light facelift, my guess is very moderate AAS use with deca, EQ, anavar + moderate GH use would probable accelerate the healing process and the formation of collagen giving better results.

There are guys like franck sepe who looked really younger once they stopped using high doses of steroids.

Sure, without anti estrogens, and clen, and diuretics and a lighter body weight and a bit more fat, your face is going to look softer and less stressed , hence, "younger."

Deep Zen: Okay, but Para is pretty harsh too. Add to the fact that fina isn't entirely sterile just makes it worse. But I don't want to get into a debate over the vet vs human gear thing. If someone wants to use vet gear, they'll argue all day long defending it. And if someone is dead set against it, nobody is going to convince them otherwise.

so what would cause the worse aging if this would be true? A bombs?
