I believe this. I am 42 and started AS at 39, upon prescription from a medical doctor. But it was ahealthy dose of AS. WHen I was 38, prior to beginning AS people frequently remarked at how young I looked, often not believing I was even in my 30's. Within weeks of beginning AS my hairline shot back - not bald, but receding. My face now has deep grooves on my forehead and around my eyes, and my hair has grayed. A secretary who has known me for years remarked a few months ago how much I have aged in just the past year or two.
It is fairly well known that many AS can cause tendon ruptures because AS causes cross links in the collagen forming tendons. Facial wrinkles are caused by the exact same damage to collagen - so its not inconceivable that AS causes wrinkles. They have a new light therapy to increase collagen in the face - a non surgical facelift - I have wondered if AS use while doing the light therapy might just exacerbate the problem by causing a rapid aceleration of cross linked (crinkled) collagen.
I wish I had never done anabolics.
