Andriol cycle

I have been reading on various boards on and off over the years. I am far from an expert, but understand a bit.

I work out on a regular basis, but have always had a hard time gaining muscle. I have recently been thinking about running a cycle of some andriol I was given.

I have 30 40mg tabs, was thinking about taking one a day for 30 days..from what I have read andriol is not the greatest and this is a low dosage. I am really just trying to get a little boost.

Does anyone think this would cause me any of the health issues I have read about, is it a low enough dosage that I should be ok?
I am in decent shape mainly trying to bulk at this point.

This was free so I would like to use it, but if it will cause more harm than good I will trash it.

Thanks for the response...Being this would be my first cycle, what would you suggest...not looking for a lot of gear, just a little boost.

I love that phrase....."just looking for a little boost". Bro when you ask like that I have to tell you to read. This is the best place on the planet to research this shit. Get to it.
 
A little boost is probably all you might need,I would stack it with a low dose of Beastdrol or some other PH something that wont aromatize, for best results one of each a day for 30 probably wouldnt be harmful. I would make sure to run a PCT of the TRS though, at least. Oral test by itself wont do much in terms of muscle growth nor will prescribed test gels.

Here my stats though:

age 34
weight 195
height 5ft 4
not sure my body fat, but not too bad.

I usually hit the gym every morning for an hour..and bench press in evening before bed. I do more in evening if I have time, but usually don't.

I try to keep my calorie intake around 3000, but it probably averages about 2500-2800. High in protein low in fat.

got injured and wasn't able to work out for half a year and I am just getting my weights back to where I was. I have always had a real hard time gaining, I was a toothpick as a kid and busted a$$ to get to the weight I am at.Just figured I'm getting older and if I could do something to help get me a little bigger might as well...
 
Well if your body fat isnt that bad and your 195 @ 5'4" I would say that is pretty decent.

I wouldnt work out twice a day. Especially while not taking anything "extra". You are likely over training. You never said how much protein you get daily? 3000 calories is likely ok for a person your weight. But that depends on what your getting those calories from. Another problem is your "low in fat". Fat is your friend....."good fat". You should be getting lots of it. Along with quality complex carbs if you want to gain anything.
you need to:
1) stop going to the gym twice a day (unless one is weights and one is cardio)
2) you sound like you are benching every day. if so, stop.
3) I guarantee your diet can be greatly improved
4) training could be totally revamped I bet


Forget the AAS forum and hit the diet forum and get your diet in check for gaining. Get used to eating how someone who wants to use AAS needs to eat.
Hit the training forum and post your split/reps/sets/excersises and let the boys pick it apart. Include your goals so its easy to help you.
