Sorry if this is a redundant question but.......is 1 "dose" as much that comes out when you roll the tube up 1 blue notch? I didn't get instructions with mine. AND 2. Were your packages open? I got mine and the boxes were all open, kinda like customs got into it.

Mine came with a measuring spoon and I use about 2.5 grams a day. For an 80 gram tube that's about a month's supply.
I would aim to use enough to cover the effected area.

damn, mine were not opened. you sure they were actually opened then closed??? anyway.....i put enough to cover my fingertip on each nipple and the area around it.....then take another fingertip full, and that i apply sraight to the nipple area. each side i do that twice a day. i see it finally got there....lol....usually happens after you rant and bitch as to where is my shit at?? lol.

dude put DOWN the drugs.....lol.....yeah, they are a bit overdone with the prescribed dosage....i think they want to sell more tubes at the pharmacy's distributor of this shit. lol. i think a decent covering twice a day is more than enough. maybe a heavier twice a day application...but no way what they suggest.
