thought i'd share and give you all something to work toward...:D

Smith CGBP - I like these more than the free weight because I don't always need a spot. (weightless bar)
90 pounds for 3 sets of 5,
180 for a set of 4,
245 for 4 sets of 5,
245 for a set of 3 then a drop set to 180 for 3

lying triceps extensions:
95 lbs (bar included) for 13,
95 lbs for 8-9

overhead db extensions
65 for 12-13
65 for 8-10

And that's what happend. I hope I can squeeze through a forth and fifth rep next week. I have this visual of CGPB 3 plates per side - even if it is on the Smith it's pretty sweet.
 
looks pretty good, what type of cadence do you use and what are your stats??? BTw how does it feel on the smith machine? I always hated those thing, but I am wondering how they are when you don't have a spot for CGBP
 
for cgbp I use 2-2-0 to 2-1-0

The smith feels safer so I'm not afraid to go until failure knowing I can rack it at a low point. TRY it.

I kinda have abs - but never gotten that line down the centre.

Neck - 17.5
Chest - ? (big enough for my body)
Arms - 16.5 cold (don't take the tape to the gym, so I'll never know how big they get.)
waist - 34 right now
quads - 23-24 cold - but not sure if I measured them right
calves - 16 cold - still trying to catch up to the arms...

Lifts in the last 4 months..
Bench - 275 for 6
Squat - 325 for 5x5
dead - 365 5x5 - (going for 500 x 1 by 2004)
Incline DB Presses - 105 5x5
Bent Barbell Rows - 275 for 6
DB rows - 125 for 8-12
CGBP - 245 - 4x5
Curls not so good cause of some injury/strain/sprain - best was 145 for 8

I think I'm doing pretty decent this year - 100% natty.
