accutane but you have to be under the care of doc for that. they have to check your liver enzymes often to see if it is hurting you. get a back scrub

i got ag guys accutane, its called isotrenoin or something, i used it 3 weeks or so, no doctor, and it went away dont know if it was accutane or time.

benza-clin (clindamycin gel) is good stuff. it's mad expensive, so i'd only consider it if you have good insurance that will pick up the majority of the tab. but it works very well. i use it in combo with neutrogena body wash.

In some people I believe it is. I have seen nothing clinical but have heard this quite a bit.
