Anavar

Hello,

Im thinking of taking a cycle of Anavar made by XXX

About myself (I got fitness assessment yesterday)
Age: 31
Height: 5’5
Weight: 147lbs
BF: 14%

I train 4 times a week, I eat very clean, I play hockey a couple of times a week, I rollerblade a couple of times a week.

I can also get ventipulmin, is that too much orals?
What dosage of Anavar? Everyone posts 40mg to 60mg, but I also read 0.125 which would be 20mg for me, that too little?

Thanks

Why do you want to run anavar? Also, I suggest lowering your bodyfat to as close to 10% as you can, otherwise besides the strength increase, you will not be too happy about the money you spent on Var.

I read the Anavar produces clean, high quality gains in strength, and a very distinct hardening effect on the physique of the user. There is little or no water retantion, and the side effects are minimal. "it seems to have profound effects on both abdominal and visceral fat elimination"

That is only what I read, but I also read some good reviews from prior users.

I definitley understand what you mean about lowering BF to 10% before the cycle.

Basskillers? I remember that wording lol.

Yes that is all true. But if you are 15% bodyfat and not very muscular to begin with, you will be disappointed. I say get as close to 10% as possible, put on some more muscle size, learn to eat right. Then sure, jump on anavar.

Hey, I'm running a cycle now of 30mg a day and I'm at week 6 of my cycle and I see good results so far and I'm 32 and was 160pounds hitting the gym 5 days a week and eating healthy now at week 6 I weigh 171 pounds strength has increased and down to 8%bf, the only side effect I had was muscle lower back pumps for a few days about a week into the cycle. Other then that it's all good :)

Just finishing a cycle and ran anavar @ 40mg a day for 6 weeks and I had great results. I'm 6'1 was 175 14% bf now down to 10% and 191lbs. The weight gain def wasn't all var lol but it gave me good strength, I felt the difference... I sweat my ass off in my sleep to the point I looked like I went swimming... Did a lot of sheet laundry.. Just make sure your working your ass off in the gym or it's all a waste... If I could rewind time I would have done 60-80 mg day... This was my first time using it... Conclusion- its good

I went on isteroids.com, but a lot of the web sites have the same write up.

Ya I think your right, its really expensive too, if I am going to invest the money, maybe I should be better prepared to get the full benefit of var.

Fit-t, thats amazing results, thats exactly what my goal is...once I drop my bf and get my training and diet in order, Im gonna try to acheive your results on var.

Thank you for the feedback, much appreciated.

at 147 pounds and 14% body fat you should be focusing on your diet and workouts. you do not have any muscle mass on you at all.

i wouldn't waste your money on steroids. you have a lot of upside.. no way have you been working out for very long with those stats even at 5 5

Work on your diet and training program and when you ready for gear,do a different cycle then an anavar only cycle good friend. It isnt going to give you much.

Stevesmi-
Actually I have been working out for a while, which is kinda bad because I have never really gone over 160lbs. I guess Im not eating properly and I dont put on muscle mass consistently. So maybe I should focus on training and dieting first.

and that is OKAY. i did not work out seriously or eat the best when i was younger. once i got older I wanted to take things to another level so i became obsessed with the gym going almost everyday and killing it.. and my diet i am very strong with. so good things started happening.

why not post up your diet and workouts on the diet and weightlifting sections and let some of the vets/mods give you some ideas and pointers.

one thing I can tell you right now that I know you need to work on is your leg work isn't adequate. and you aren't doing enough COMPOUND lifts. meaning bench, squats, deads, militaries, inclines, dips, pullups. compound lifts are what separate the men from the boys.. you will notice skinny dudes standing in front of the mirror for 30 minutes doing curls.. they lift small to stay small.

if you want to build muscle mass gotta lift big to get big.

Lol, your right, I dont do legs, maybe once a month, and everyone tells me I need to do squats and lunges. That is an easy fix, which will give me much better results.

Im not doing enough compound workouts, or heavy weight with compound workouts. And it all comes down to not eating enough to fuel my workouts and being lazy.

"you gotta lift big to get big" it seems so simple, but its so true.

Im definitley going to read some posts the diet and weightlifting sections, and then post, hopefully get some great pointers.

Thanks for the advice.

Its SO nice having someone new on here listen and fess up to what is doing wrong. You will make huge gains with some diet tweeks and doing squats and deadlifts. Get your form down first!

Deadlifts are the key to buislding muscle, followed closely by squats.

When i do deadlifts, after about 5 reps of a decent weight, i am sweating like a pig! That's because it's such a powerful compound lift. 3 sets of 9 reps and i'm dead.
