I currently have started a cycle of anavar. But I have a competition in 1 month and I need to lose 20 lbs. I would like to keep up the cycle but I am afraid that I wont lose the weight that I need to lose. I still want to be incredably strong for the competition. Does anyone have any advice. I will start a sick cardio workout tomorrow and I am on a diet now but I am thinking of cutting out my meats and going to raw veggies and fruit. The meat that I am eating right now is fish and chicken only. Pasta for lunch. I workout in the mornings as of now but will pick up evening tomorrow. I would like any advice. Thanks.
 
Anavar will not cause you to lose weight and in fact will promote lean muscle growth. The ONLY way you are going to lose the 20 pounds you need to lose, in the amount of time you have, is through extensive cardio and a regimented diet. The anavar will assist in hardening you up however your best bet is to double up on cardio and revamp your entire diet. The typical dosage of anavar is 50 to 75 mgs per day. well what this have to do with the OP keep lean year round if you are competing it's easier to get in shape for competition when you dont have much fat to burn. won't take long and dont stress your body or cause much of muscle/strength loss in the process.
 
The only way I could lose 20 lbs in a month is by taping my mouth shut and I'm not even sure that would work. I think I gain weight just by THINKING about ice cream.
 
take some clen, should help speed up the process, whinny if you can get it fast enough...but I agree with everyone else, cardio and diet going to be the biggest.
 
20lbs in month is easy..Im assuming when you say competition you mwan bodybuilding show, so I don't know if this will be what you're looking for. Everyone above proboly assumes you mean 20lbs of fat, which obviously isn't possible. I used to cut disgusting amounts of weight for wrestling, difference is I did it in a week. Tournys would be on the weekends, starting monday I'd cut water consumptions go a minimum, and id eat a few coldcuts of meat every few hours. So I'd keep my metabolism up. Then 2 days before the tournament till the morning of, I'd completely cut out consumption of everything, I put on a layer of sweats, a sauna suit, rub up with albolene and sit in a sauna for 30min in, 5min out, till I got where I needed to be. Id cut an upwards of 17lbs in a week like that. But this is not a safe practice, attt allll, I'd pass out all the time, dizzy, weak, sick, renal failure numerous times, and had to compete everytime.

But that was in a week, with no supplements. With all these ntbm products ive never knew about, and a months time, it should be easy. Like you're doing, eat nothing but fish, small amounts of chicken, and nothing but water, slowly ramp down the amount the closer you get to competition, then the few days before shed all your water weight.

Don't know if this will help you with your competition or not, but i hope it does, i tried. good luck
