Depends on your stats/genetics,,,and how you eat and train.
Great. 75mg to 150mg is a nice dose. Use creatine with it.

just did a cycle of anavar, i loved it worth every penny. Now im planning on doing a 25 day cycle of turanibol (TBOLS) right after the cycle of var ijust finished. I am worried about my test being shut down, what can i do to avoid this? im a little scared of needles i would like to get some feedback thanks!

No, it's NOT ok to do 2 courses of orals back to back... do you really wanna put that much stress on your liver and in some cases, your lipids/cholesterol?

Yea not a good idea. If you don't know about pct and haven't researched everything you need or should have available to you for pct, you shouldn't be doing any steroids yet. Please research anything you put into your body, even meds prescribed by a doctor...
If you do this and educate yourself properly, you will get more out of it and will make it a more enjoyable experience.
And if you are under 25, you shouldn't be touching any aas...

Although var is mild, do PCT and take time of. Even if you decide to run dbol for your second cycle, don't run it alone, unless chuckin money in a river is one of your hobbies.
Run it with test enanthate, make sure you get enough time of after your var cycle though.

Your natural test production at 25 is still good enough to grow. Between 25 and 30 your test levels begin to drop.
Also most people under 25 have not been lifting that long and are nowhere near their natural potential. Aas is not a quick fix...it's to go beyond what is naturally possible. Each person is different but that's just my two cents. And I know I am a new member here, but I am an aas vet...

Fastang don't worry bout being a new member, that is solid advice right there. Very knowledgeable post. So many people have messed themselves up starting aas too early. I've been lifting a solid 15 or 16 years and I'm 31 and doing my first "real" cycle. I did a short dbol cycle when I was 19 but they weren't real I don't think. After that mistake I realized I didn't know enough to be doing them and decided to revisit when I got closer to my genetic potential. Well here I am at 31 and I got up to 257 at 5'10. Then I cut down to 232 to do my cycle after researching what I was gonna do for over a year. I got my bench up to 3X 465 before I touched aas this time. Now I'm already seeing results just over a week in cuz I really know my body. Just my two cents for the op.

Actually it is a ridicilous dose. Whoever needs that amount probably has extremely underdosed gear. Plus this amount will have really bad effects on lipids, liver values and cholestrol. Almost all my values returned to normal, but after 4 months but cholestrol is still really high because of this. And right after the cycle blood tests showed bad numbers on a lot of health values (and of course much lower dose)
40-60 mg everyday is definitely plenty. Oxandrolone is called a weak drug comparing to the other populars and this is correct. I have run ox in every single way.
Add some testo and use liver support starting from day 1.
