I'm in need of some good ol help with Anavar.

What are the recommended doses for Anavar to be effective?

I have the hook up on human grade Anavar. Would the dosages still be the same?

This is a very old and respected oral. My experience dates back to the 60's with this
drug being prescribed by Drs for various reasons.

Check the quality of your item first. There is a lot of bogus stuff out there.

Then take 5 mg with each of 4 meals. Do this for 2-3 weeks and you will get stronger. Then 8-10 weeks max.
Some water retention around the joints as this product helps with arthritis pain.

Watch your blood pressure.

It's .125 per pound of bw/ 200 lber = 25 mg a day. Keep in mind this is the clinical dose

Yeah bro, that's what I used and it was very effective. Plain small pink tab. It was vet shit from Mexico

Doses of var are usually 40mg a day...for what it is worth, I was down in mexico and tried like a mofo to find var....could get anything else in farmacia's (test, deca, dbol, winny) but no one had var at all....I'm not saying anything....just saying

Ahh..what? only 40mg? try 60-90mg to get the best results from it. If your over 200lbs go with at least 60mg. Under 200 do 50mg. I wouldn't go much lower unless your using it with other orals or with other liver toxic compounds. Var is prob my fav AAS besides Test, but you have to use the right amount to get the full benefits. Under dosing with var especially will leave you kinda right on the verge of felling awesome with great pumps and decent results, go the little extra (60-90) and you will be VERY glad you did. BEE
