Doing var-only at 80mg/day right now along with 10-15mg/day of creatine, working great. 3.5 weeks in, all my major lifts have gone up a good 20-50lbs or so, and I have gained about 3lbs, while my pants actually fit slightly looser. I might up it to 100mg/day the last 4-6 weeks when I add in T3 and an ECA stack to help get cut for summer. All in all, I'm really liking this first run with var, hopefully I can afford it again in the future.
