if you are takeing by itself 30 to 40mg is the recommend ed dose i ahve heard people using 15-25 while using other gear too. with good results

it took well into the second week before i noticed anything, but then major strength gains. some guys claim they feel it within days.

use as much as you can afford. my next run will be no less than 50mg ED.

I noticed the effects on day 2 (using papervar).

Strength was immediately noticeable and the pump I got from that workout lasted several days. Muscles overall were feeling "fuller".

My bodyweight was 155 to start (low BF).
Recommended dosage calculation was .125 mg / pound which equates to 20 mg for me. I bumped the dose up to 30 mg from several suggestions on this board.

Keep feeding yourself a constant supply of protein throughout the day and keep the intensity high in your workouts and you will see the gains pretty quick.

I disagree that it was placebo - gains in LBM and all my lifts continue to improve slightly over that initial bump from the anavar.

I have been lifting for 20 years and I know where my physical limits are. I was able to shatter several poundage ceilings that first week and continue to improve slightly.

As Nadr suggested - some people react differently to anavar.

Yes there are sides, however it has some of the lowest sides possible. I think Primo and Var are about the same side wise, and var may be even better.

I dont think I would ever run 100mg ed of var, but thats me. If I could afford it, I would stay on 30-40mg of papervar for the rest of my life. LOL

Papervar rocks! No side effects that I noticed at 40 mgs ED for 6 weeks. Hell I would like to take it for 6 months but I'm sure the ugly side would come out. Third eye would grow in my forehead or something like that. I saw weight and strenght increases in the first week for sure BTW. Morning wood was cranking, I enjoyed that.

I didnt lke it at all, used it for 6 weeks, then hit zambons, what a difference.

10mg Oxandrolone is 10mg Oxandrolone,i dont see why taking it the paper way would be any better or faster than chewing some tabs.
