what are your goals and stats?

if oyu only want to lose bodyfat, clen, var, diet + cardio will work great

trying to add mass and lose bodyfat, test e/c 500mg/w + clen/diet/cardio and maybe some var to start things off

If you must......
weeks 1-8 anavar 60mg/day
weekes 4-8 winny 50/mg day
clen 2 on 2 off. Start low, 20/mg day. Work you way up slowly until you can handle the sides. 120/mg a day is plenty.
Split the pills up and take every 12 hours.

All these are liver toxic; so i wouldn't recommend combining them alltogether.

It's well known that var and winny are liver toxic.

No i dont need to lose any weight .. IM always doing bulking cycles.. I dont use orals my self cause i think the pins are cleaner .. But anyways its for my buddy, he always used inject, so i dont have experience with orals thats why im asking ..
