Not very, that may only be the upper half of your body, plus or minus up to 5%

im 22 and have been in the gym since 8th grade. i have made some pretty impressive gains without the use of the juice but recently did a cycle of primo at just 200mg a week for 5 weeks and loved it.

I think you are still a bit young for gear.

first cycle ever. it was nice i loved the pumps but not to much strengh increase. stayed off for about 4 weeks and today started again for another 5 weeks. ive got plenty of primo but i was thinkin about anavar for the next cycle. ive got some good genes so it doesnt take much for me to grow so def no test because im also predisposed to hairloss.

If you have good genes and it doesn't take you much to grow, why are you using gear now? Why not ride out your good genetics? If you are predisposed to hairloss, it indicates your natural test levels are high, why mess with that?

i was just lookin for some input on which of the two you guys thought was the best.
my goal is to get super ripped for the summer without much muscle loss. mabye like 6 or 7 percent bodyfat if possible. my diet is the only thing holdin me back god i love to eat.

Steroids are not these magic pills that are going to get you ripped.
Most of the pros with their amazing genetics, drugs the lot are still doing upward of an hour and a half of cardio a day plus diet to get to 2-4% bodyfat.

I love to eat as well, but I still diet. So what do you mean? What is your diet like?

Taking steroids without having your diet sorted is like trying to fuel a formula one race car on scooter petrol.



i have to say that my post cycle this past time was kinda shity. i couldnt get my hands on any hcg but not really sure i needed it. so i just used some good ol fashioned tribulus which does wonders for me. i didnt have any problems.

Fatal last words, seriously mate, what is the point of looking great at 7% if you don't have the desire to do anything with all the honies that think you are cute.

It may be ok for one cycle, but you have to get you levels checked. Also 4 weeks off is not really off.

If you think that a young lady your age is going to put up with a low libido or a willy that doesn't work, RIGHT, think again.

She'll think it is because you don't fancy her and she will be off.

Just because you have been training since you were in grade 8 doesn't mean you know all the various ways to break plateaus and increase hypertrophy naturally.

Personally, I think you are bonkers starting so young, I have seen far too many of my young mates end up with test levels of a woman.

I'm 29 and have good test levels and am going to do my first var cycle. Do you feel that is too young? Can't my test recover fully with hcg and nova?

thanks to all for ur inputs! by no means do i think i know all the ends and outs but i do know alot about the game. as far as the problem with the ladies well ive got a gf as of two years and had very little problems with my mojo while on cycle. im not gona sit here and tell you that there were not any, it did take a small toll on me but it honestly was very small and im fine now. and all i used was tribulus. although i def do not wana fuck my hpta up. but shouldnt some hcg work wonders if i need it? not gona lie to you i was really debating on even doin the juice because of my gains made naturally. have i made a mistake doin so fuckin wid my natural test? i sure hope not. oh and as far as my diet well i said i love to eat and i do eat alot usually but i do also try to eat kinda clean. looks something like this.

8am breakfast- two egg sandwitches with two eggs on each.
sometimes a snack thrown in between like a nab, goldncheese, or sneakers but not everyday
11am chicken breast and vegies of some sort
2pm protien shake
6pm same as lunch
8 mabye some cereal althouh i try not to eat to late because of fat stored.

this is pretty consistent thoroughout the week but the weekends i usually dine out alot and eat tons. im not on a diet or nothin but i do try and watch what i eat.
