Anavar - Questions

Alright guys, here's the deal. I am 20 years old and have been training for over 5 years now. I personally am not satisfied with the results so far and am considering my first cycle. I would like to try something pretty mild with not many sides. I've done a lot of research so far and I think I like the idea of starting off with an anavar and creatine cycle.I'm looking to lean down and gain some strength. I've already used creatine plenty of times so all of my questions are in regards to anavar. I would like to hear from anyone who has some past experience with Anavar - oxandrolone - , thanks in advance!

1) Is 20 years old too young to beging a cycle?
2) How much Anavar - oxandrolone - should I be taking per day and how many time though out the day? ( I am 6' and weight about 190 lbs)
3) How clean of a diet do I need to be eating in order to get good results?
4)Hair loss is something that I would like to stay away from, is there much of a risk using anavar?
5) Do your balls shrink as much as they would on other steroids? ( trying to keep it a secret from my girlfriend, is it realistic to think she would never find out?)

1- yes, wait 5 more years. TOO YOUNG! dont fuck up what youve already got!
2- none, u need to take 4k cals
3- eat anything and everything, put on some good size and muscle, then worry about dropping your bf.

Yes.

Zero. Wait until you are 25.

3) How clean of a diet do I need to be eating in order to get good results?

The cleaner you keep it the less body fat you are prone to gain. This is a general blanket statement as you metabolism and genetics play a big role.

4)Hair loss is something that I would like to stay away from, is there much of a risk using anavar?

There is risk with ALL aas, some more than others.

Keeping secrets will only come back to haunt you.

Train harder and smarter. Increase your overall calories if you're not growing.
 
Alright thanks guys I appriciate that but I am getting really frustrated with the way things are going. It looks as though I don't even work out but when in reality I'm busting my ass in the gym a good 4 times a week. Also my strength isnt going anywhere, for example I have been bench pressing the same weight for over several months now and no matter what I do I can't increase the weights. I'm bench 185
(which is my bodyweight) for about 4 to 5 reps depending on the day but considering how long I've been lifting for that seems pathetic to me. If you guys don't think roids are the answer, is there anything else I can do??

Post up your training questions in the weght lifting forum. You will get a lot of good advice.
 
Get some blood work done, have doc check test. levels. Get your diet in check. Make sure your taking in plenty of cals. from clean sources and getting at least 300 grams of protien a day. Don't do more than two whey protien shakes a day. Get most of your cals. from real food. Eat six times a day. Whey protien shake within 30 minutes of the end of your workout, (important). Break your diet out into a plan with all your macronutrients figured out. Change up your weightlifting routine every 90 days.

I trained natural until I was 39. You can have great results naturally, wait until 25-30 before you start to use any AAS.
 
depends your purpose... jay cutler, arnold, ronnie etc etc.. young with aas.

but, if you decide use aas, please, light light light !! the big dosages is for big people
 
just wait a few more years bro before hopping on the sauce. right now just concentrate on eating like its your job. also get on a supplement program like protien/creatine/n02. you can put on some serious muscle just using those three supps.
 
At 20 you should have more then enough natural levels of test and hGH to grow.

protien/creatine/n02 is great advice from DannoMight...of course!
