I'm very interested now. I would never touch drol, and I really want to boost my strength at the moment. Has anyone seen any kind of size gains with var?

Surely if you're eating right you'll put on some size, because you can quite easily make size gains with no AAS at all.
 
Alltraps, it was liquid var I made myself, 20mg/ml solution in everclear. I'm pretty sure it was real lol. I got results, just not quite as good as I'd hoped... I probably didn't run it long enough or high enough, I don't respond well to lower or even moderate dosages of most hormones. I don't think I can afford to try any name-brand var yet, I'll stick with my powder.

Of course you can gain size with var. Just like you said, it's all diet. Granted, var suppresses your appetite big time in some cases.

35mg/day is pretty weak if you ask me. I'd say that's ok if you're stacking it with other stuff, but come on now, that's 245mg/week of the weakest steroid out there. You probably wouldn't run test only at 250mg/week, so why would you do it with var?

I just started 100mg/day along with a light test base of 250mg every 5 days. I'm cutting, so obviously I'm already starting to look/feel harder and more vascular, but strength is increasing as well. Thumbs up for var!
 
40mg a day seems to be a good starting point. I've seen 60-80 as well.
 
Clarance Bass did this and published results in his Ripped book. He gained some muscle and lost fat.

I'm taking 10 mg p/day now to see what happens. So far I can see I am getting "tighter". No great strength gains or big size gains, but really looking better. Little edgy ... and really feel my workouts deep in the muscle.

Here is the caution though. Bass got his stuff from a Doc with a prescription. I got mine from another source.

Conclusion: No harm, but no miracle. Your dosage is higher so I'd expect to see more reaction. Watch your liver. It took me 3+ months for normal values after a dbol cycle.

Think about going zero fast carbs. Veggies only with meat/fish/fowl, eggs and a few nuts. The fat will fall off.

The anavar will keep the muscle on or gain while you dump water and fat.

How many calories one is eating is what's going to determine the rate of weight loss. Where those calories are coming from and when they are eaten is what's going to determine if that weight loss is muscle or fat.
 
I am eating a clean diet with no cardio right now i am trying to clean bulk i am at about 10% right and I would like to drop 2 percent or so and gain muscle.

I am only a couple of days in on 40mg of var for 8 to 10 weeks I might bump it up to 50mg mid cycle we will have to see.

My body will tell me what it wants to do, plus I have NO idea how i am going to react to AAS so slow and steady wins the race

I am a pretty new guy here, but how does someone get -9000 Karma.....there must be people out there advertising to give you negative karma.....my lord.....anyways, Var sounds like a perfect first cycle with its mildness and strength gains.....
