Its a good steroid to start on if only got a few days left i got good strengh gains and put on 9kg in body weight and im expecting to keep all of it after my pct hopefully.
As far as your workout plan goes it seems good just make sure you split the muscle groups up and go the gym twice a day thats what i did. My workout plan looked like this:
Day 1: Chest, Back
Day 2: Shoulders, Triceps
Day 3: Biceps, Abs
Day 4: legs
Day 5: Day off
