anavar only cycle?

Hello all,

this is my first post, been lurking for awhile. I'm looking to take the plunge with a cycle of anavar. My goals are to harden up and get a little more gas in the gym. I'm still on the fence about PCT, some places say you dont need any, others say you do. I'm looking at following a dosage of 40mg a day (20mg beginning of day, 20mg middle of day).

My current stats are below:

weight: 205
BF: 13 Percent
Sex: Male
height: 5ft 11 inches

My best lifts so far are (numbers current as of this week)

squat: 405 x 3
bench: 385 x 2
front shoulder press 235 x 2

I havent maxed in the others, but my strength seems fine but anymore gains in that department are of course welcome. I'm not looking to pack on massive size just harden up. I've shifted to a 5 on/1 off workout routine with 1hr of cardio in the evening. I would like to try to maintain close to my current weight (around 215 max) and keep reducing my BF Levels to around 8-9 percent.

any helpful hints are much appreciated from the pro's here.
 
def need a PCT !!!!!

Var 50mg ed for 6 weeks would be nice as long as you stick to your workout/cardio/diet.

I forgot to add my age (36). I'll grab some PCT as well. Before making the plunge with anavar I was thinking of trying a cycle of havoc, I see it's well regarded and should give me the results I am looking for (and cheaper). Var seems like the overall best gear to use from many, it's just not cheap.

Be sure your diet and training are 100%.
I would run the ANAVAR at 40-60mg daily for 8-10 weeks.
 
I'm 2wks in on a 50mg/day Var only and really liking it although not as much of strength gain as I was hoping, but i think i'm trying to do too many things at once. I wanted to gain some solid strength, lean up and put on a few pounds which is a trifecta as far as difficult. I only boosted my calories to 3k so far from about 2.2k. But i'm taking in a fair amount more protein than before. Probably 200mg up to just over 300mg now. BUT what is very significant already is how much i've tightened up... holy crap. My friends when i go to the beach over just the last week are like duuuuude what are u doing to get in shape? I've gained a ton for some weird reason on pull-ups and back exercises, but not so much on chest. I'm also using 75's instead of 65's already on shoulder press for the same reps as 3 wks ago which is a nice ass jump. But chest is sucking. I'm probably working it the hardest and maybe that's my problem. I cut back to one solid 1.5 hour chest workout this week to see if I was overworked from the first 3 workouts. Sorry for the long story, but I guess i'm saying, you should try and make big strength gains and eat well but big or try and get lean and keep the eating in check.
 
If you want to do an all oral cycle, I suggest you look into needto's line.

Diesel/Beastdrol/Katanadrol or Tren TFO for 8 weeks will cost you less than 8 weeks of anavar.

If you take AAS, you need PCT no questions asked.
 
thanks for the awesome feedback! it's most helpful. I just got my PCT in line and I'm just waiting for it to show before I begin my cycle. I want to ensure everything on hand before I do. I want to reduce my BF to single digits while still maintaining lean mass, I know that starts in the kitchen so I'm going to concentrate on what I put into my mouth for the next 6 weeks. I'll keep the board updated on my progress, I'm really hoping for some good results here but not totally astronomical. As long as this stuff keeps my aggression good in the gym I'm sure the gains will come.

I've looked in the beastdrol and Havoc supplements, I dont know too much about them yet but they are on my list of things to research. Thanks to all who commented, it's most appreciative.
 
Just a thought. I'm into my third week using needto's Dieselbolan and I am very impressed. I am using it as a kick start to my Primo/Test cycle. I am noticing a definate hardening effect and good strength gains. Being that the Primo and Test come on so slow, I attribute much of this to the Diesel. Var is good, but I recommend you try the Dieselbolan. Great price, its legal and available and its effects are certainly on par with what you would expect from any good oral.

I would definately recommend running a nominal amount of testosterone with every cycle. This will at least replace what you are going to shutdown.
 
i took the advice given and purchased some of the dieselbolan and some other stuff. I still have the havoc on the way but I figure I try diesel first, it seems to have what I'm looking for and alot of people here seem to like it. It's also way cheaper than anavar to boot, talk about a win/win situation. as soon as the diesel get's here I'm going to start and I'll keep everyone updated on my progress, I intend to keep detailed logs of my progress with BF measurements and weight by the week.
