Hello all,
this is my first post, been lurking for awhile. I'm looking to take the plunge with a cycle of anavar. My goals are to harden up and get a little more gas in the gym. I'm still on the fence about PCT, some places say you dont need any, others say you do. I'm looking at following a dosage of 40mg a day (20mg beginning of day, 20mg middle of day).
My current stats are below:
weight: 205
BF: 13 Percent
Sex: Male
height: 5ft 11 inches
My best lifts so far are (numbers current as of this week)
squat: 405 x 3
bench: 385 x 2
front shoulder press 235 x 2
I havent maxed in the others, but my strength seems fine but anymore gains in that department are of course welcome. I'm not looking to pack on massive size just harden up. I've shifted to a 5 on/1 off workout routine with 1hr of cardio in the evening. I would like to try to maintain close to my current weight (around 215 max) and keep reducing my BF Levels to around 8-9 percent.
any helpful hints are much appreciated from the pro's here.
