Anavar only cycle help

i'm currently starting my first-ever cycle using oxandrolone at 40-50mg ED. what is the optimum dosing schedule? twice a day (morning and evening)? thrice a day (morning, afternoon, night)? all at once? more early in the day and less later? the opposite? will it keep me awake if i take late at night?

i guess that about covers it. or something.

Three times a day.

Var has a half life of about 9 hours. So dose every 8 hours.

7- 8am ... 4-5pm then as late as possible right before bed. 11pm-12am
