Anavar only, any changes?

Okay I am finally about done planning out my first cycle, but I thought I would post it to see if there is anything I should change.

My stats are currently
5'10, 185 pounds BF 14-16 (I think)

I will however run superclen for around a moths with a good diet in order to drop some BF before starting the anavar.

My main purpose of this cycle is to get a good strength increase without adding too much fat. My diet will be high protein (300+) protein, medium carb and low-medium fat


I will do an anavar only cycle at 40 mg per day for 10 weeks. Along with this I will run:

Creatine 20 gram (10 grams in the morning + 20 g dextrose, 10 g efter training with 40 g proteinpowder and 50 g dextrose)

ALA around 600-800 mg (not sure which dosage to choose)

Glutamine peptides 20 gram

Ginger root (not sure about dosages)

Multi-vitamins

Zink 30 mg

I have got a lot of vanadyl sulphate laying around, so I was thinking of throwing that in as well, just to get rid of it. Would that be okay?


Do you think there is anything I should change, or some more supplements which should be added? Any advise is welcome :)

Looks good to me.You should see some nice alterations in body composition with that.If the var is **'s I would up the dosage to 60mgs/day,as it is normally a little on the weak side compared to other var's,mg per mg.Outside of that,you should do very well...
 
looks good to me. From your stats, you probably haven't been doing this for a real long time (not to be mean). I like to see people not going overboard. I think this cycle will be perfect to get the results you are looking for. Don't know about the superclen though. Many people have said that shits just too dangerous to take. Just make sure you start real slow and titrate up. Good luck
 
looks good, only things I can mention:

start the creatine asap so that you're loaded before you start anavar (no use wasting time)

take some anavar about 1-1.5 hours before your workouts for a boost
 
I would drop the superclen, I'm on 60mg ** var right now, been on for 4 weeks now and I've actually dropped about 15 pounds, but mostly all fat so I'm not worred about it, strength is about the same.

I have been training for 3 years but I have a rather small frame (started at 138).

I won't be starting this cycle for at least 1½ month but I need to order the supplement soon since it takes some time getting it from the US. I will post my diet on the diet board a little later on in order to optimize it.

I have only got 300 tabs but considering its my first cycle and my weight I figured it would be sufficient. I will run 50 mg the first 20 days and then 40 mg the rest of the time.

The superclen I have got is the new batch which is only 0,2 mg and I will start out with 1/4 a day.

I intent to start the creatine and ALA 1 or 2 weeks before I start the anavar, which should be enough time to load my body.

I will take 20 mg in the morning and 20 mg 1 hour before workout, which is either at 4 PM or 7 PM.

A few Q's......

Would it be okay to add the vanadyl sulphate I have got?

Should I increase the ALA dosage (just read the post by fonz regarding ALA)?

is ten weeks the normal length for an anavar only cycle? and why does one stack creatine with it?

10 weeks is normal, it is a 17aa, but it shoudn´t be as hard on the liver as other orals. ALA also helps with the liver.

Anavar increases the creatine syntesis (sp) so using a larger amount of creatine than normal is a good idea.

One more Q for the vets:
Should I take a glass of Grapefruit juice with the anavar, or to put it in another way, would it make a difference?

thanks, would it be reasonable to put on 10 - 15 lbs and lose
2-3% bf on an anavar and creatine cycle. i'm 6'3" and 200lbs and this would be my first cycle (24 yrs old). secondly, do you take the creatine for the full ten weeks as well?

I'm sure someone out there will flame me for this, but running 50mg/day for the first 3 weeks is the last thing I'd do. Ox doesn't even really "kick in" until the 3rd week. I'd actually do 30mg the first two weeks and then bump it up to 40mg. (Or even just keep the dosage at 30mg and run it for 14 weeks just to see how long the strength gains keep coming--but that's just me).
 
I've just got another 100 taps, but I'm not sure what to to. I considering just doing 40mg for 10 weeks or upping it to 50 mg for 10 weeks.

DTOX>> Have you tried anavar yourself, and in that case which doses did you use?

One study Bchemist found showed an increase of 139% of the blood levels of 17aa meds when grapefruit juice was taken prior to the meds. I haven't gone a single day without a health glass of GF juice before my daily winny/ox since.

Point is, grapefruit juice is great when using var yet do not use grapefruit juice if you are taking the var and creatine together.
 
I have bought into that whole "grapefruit" thing and I chew my ** var and chase it down with juice. I take 20mg's first thing in the am (2 hours before workout) and then 20mg's 10 hours later. I am into my 3rd week and my strength this morning was way up.

I dont run that much creatine tho, after loading I just use two 5 gram servings a day.

I am also alternating Clen and ECA every two weeks.

I'm not sure what kind of Ox you've used to reach this conclusion,but my 50mg/day BTG Oxandrin cycle took FOUR DAYS to kick in.Strength/endurance went through the roof and never slowed down from that point.If you used **'s then yes,for some odd reason his don't seem to kick in for a few weeks(likely due to gross underdosing or poor bioavailability,or both) but I'd be willing to bet with most other brands it will not take weeks to feel the effects.

Anavar by itself works fine.I'm currently in week 4 of my drol/test cycle and will be switching to anavar/test soon.I'd personally recommend adding some kinda test to any cycle you do no matter what it is.Much better results that way.;) :p

I think you will enjoy it, anavar is great! The last 2 times i've used var I only used creatine with it, this time I will be adding in a couple more things.
 
hey clem what did you gain from your previous cycles (stregth, size, lower BF) and how much var did you take?
I can't wait to try it out, I feel like a little kid waiting for christmas :D

I was on Ttokkyo. I saw size gains fairly quickly but the insane strength gains didn't really start for me until the latter part of the 2nd week - early 3rd week.

Maybe if you give me some I'll take 50mg/day of BTGs and do a comparison. :)

The juice wont hurt the creatine. It has to do with "optimum" absorption and creating and insulin spike 20 to 30 minutes after you take the creatine. So grape juice is better taken for that insulin spike.

I say with little miss Ana Var on your side dont worry about it. Take a dose of Creatine before work out to aid with strength in the gym, or after workout if size increase is what you want. take it with water, juice, milk, or whatever you want. Ana will take care of the rest.
 
my results

I had the same results as Huck, I have just started my anavar cycle and I have put on 3 pounds in the first four days, I actually stopped working out for two months and was down to 187 now I am back up to 190 and my strength is the same if not stronger on all my lifts from two months ago, maybe I just have good genes though. Gotta love the anavar- though I still can't wait for my EQ/Sust/Dbol cycle in about 3-4 months
 
Well the first one I was kinda just shittin around, just cause I had them. I just did 20mg/day for 6 weeks. I really didnt get much, mainly due to the fact that I was in a big slump for awhile, and my diet was shitty, I skipped workouts, ect. So discount that cycle.

2nd one was 30mg for 7 weeks. I added creatine at 15grms/day and strenght gains were great! I didnt notice much in terms of fat loss however, but I wasnt dieting either. I did get hard as a rock though.

This upcoming one I'm really looking forward to. Using 50mg then 40mg throughout, see how a higher dose will work. Also with a bunch of other shit.

LOL!Those bad-boys leave you with your asshole tattered,from a financial standpoint...But oooh,are they potent.
