Anavar in women

Is it true it makes you gain weight? My step dad is a bodybuilder and recently I went with him to pick up his "supplements" and the person we met is a bodybuilder herself. I recently got back into shape and am having a hard time getting over my plateau. I told her that I was thinking of fitness modeling or competing down the road and that I couldn't get rid of some of this belly fat. I have a great diet. I do and hour of cardio 6 days a week and she suggested abs 2 days on 1 day off. One body part a day light weight high reps. And 1 Anavar tablet a day (10mg). Well I'm starting to panic because I'm seeing alot of people gaining weight off of it. Any input? Also does it have any speedy effect AT ALL?

totally personally dependent.

var is a male hormone, i'm sure you knew that but just in case you didn't realize. the myth is that its a weak steroid because it won't blow you up like other aromatizing steroids. i found my strength to go up strongly and did not have weight increase on it. however like i said everyone is different and no 2 people will have the same exact results.
 
yep.. my wife holds water with it which is different for most men..

but with that said, what it will do is allow you to work out more stronger and heal at the same time..

allowing for additional "weight" is ok if you are going to compete since you want to increase the muscle fiber and repair that which is there..

getting rid of "belly fat" is all about diet period and if you are going to compete, one of the reasons we use a steroid is that we can put our body into a negative caloric intake below 500cals of maintanence and not lose muscle..

thats what you need/want to do..

body recomposition is a different animal than body building, and it sounds like your "diet" is probably more at issue than anything else..

A typical day this is my diet

Breakfast:
3 egg whites, slice 45 cal cheese melted on it, 2 slices of turkey bacon, one slice whole wheat toast

Lunch:
3 oz fish/ chicken and 1 cup broccoli/ Brussel sprouts/asperagus

Snack:
Yogurt/cottage cheese with blueberries

Dinner:
3 oz fish/ chicken and 1 cup broccoli/ Brussel sprouts/asperagus
 
It depends on your diet. Just like all gear it will enhance either cutting or gaining muscle depending on how you eat. My wife runs 6.25mg liquid oral Var with 25 mg Ephedrine twice a day and is leaning out and getting stronger. Just make sure it is real Var.. Half the time it is D-Bol and then you will blow up.
 
Dbol is very androgenicand not good for woman. Dont try to be cheap.

if you are wanting to lose extra fat dump the cheese and bread, and even the yogurt and swap in more green veggies. unless you have thyroid problems that will help you. i would also add in some brunch..
