anavar help

I finally got access to some anavar 100x20mg tabs, and i was just wondering from anyone out there with experience in this if i should run it for 7or 8 weeks at 20mg ed and save the rest for another time or 40mg ed for 7 weeks, or maybe 20mg ed for the first and last weeks, and 40mg ed for 6 weeks inbetween? Also for the 40mg ed, 20 in the morning and 20 at night or all at once?

I'm 23 yrs old, 6'1", 215lbs, bodyfats somewhere in the mid 20's, been working out for close to 5 years and never tried anything before.

You've been working out for 5 years and your bodyfat is in the "mid 20's?" That just doesn't add up. Sounds to me like you need to figure out how to eat and workout before you try anavar or it is just gonna be a complete waste of money.

I think maybe you need to accurately assess your body composition first. I really don't think that you are in the mid twenties as far as b.f. percentage goes. Do not use handheld devices, or Tanita scales. They are so far off for measuring weight trained individuals, that it's almost a joke.

I actually just bought a tanita scale yesterday so I can have the BF% registered at home.......I will gladly return it if it's really offbase. Do you have any information I can read to show it's off? Dang and that thing cost me $50 too. I wish I would of read your email before today. Please psot up some info so I can get my money back and buy the right one. Thanks and K to you.

One other thing...I don't have access to any local places that do the dunk tank method, so what are my options to get a better BF reading. I know the calipers are not ideal either.

I have a chart that I regularly compare to all other methods and it is very close + or - 1%

If you are a male just tell the measurements around your wrist, around your belly button in inches and your body weight in LBS. yes this is for the average trained athlete.

www.mybodycomp.com - takes like 20 different circumference values and computers your BF%...may not be entirely accurate but its better than bioelectric impedence analysis devices...maybe even calipers? My caliper readings are consistent with that site...maybe off by 1-2.

anavar is the shiznit...not doing it again though, this shit hits your wallet hard

This is a very rough gauge I use to measure my own bodyfat. Using your thumb and index finger, pinch a large fold of skin about 2 inches to the right of your belly button, and squeeze it firmly. If what you pinch is 1/4" thick or less, your body fat is probably below 8-10%. If what you pinch is 1/2" thick, you are probably around 10-12%. If you can pinch an inch or more, you are probably 15% or above. IF you can pinch 2 inches of skin, you are definitely in the overweight category.

I would aim for a less than one inch pinch before starting steroids, or you will not get to see the changes in your physique - they will be covered up by bodyfat. Get there by eating properly (5-6 small, balanced meals spread throughout the day) and by exercising often enough, including doing cardio.

These things are a total sham. They do not actually use bioelectrical impedence to measure your bodyfat. They simply compute a mathematical formula based on your height, weight, and age. It's all smoke and mirrors. I've seen guys with a full six-pack step on one and come up 21 percent.
Get yourself a set of calipers. They are pretty damn accurate when used correctly. I would say, in general, you are probably 2-3 percent higher than what the calipers say. Calipers give you an accurate reading on visible fat content. That's what we're really after, isn't it?

Bro,
take 40mg or 60mg per day until you run out..cut your calories to 3000 per day clean..you need to have 325 grams of protien in that 3000 cal. per day..this meens that you will need whey protien with either skim milk or water...I peronally like the skim milk because it's about 8 grams of protien.

i would do 40 mg a day , splited doses one in the mnorning, one 8 hours later... oh and add some test there, maybe 250 mg every 8 days jut for general wellbeing!
solid first cycle.
and do not forget to do proper PCT
