Anavar For My Girlfriend??

Ok I have two ladies that want to try Anavar...

Specs on the ladies:

5'8" 190lbs

5'5" 127lbs


What doses do they need to take???

I have never had to help out a lady. I was thinking 20mgs for the first lady and 15mgs for the second lady. they both have been exercising for about 4 months. They are novices when it comes to exercise and diet. I plan to help them through the diet and exercise part, but the AS is something that I do not want to deal with due to my lack of knowledge with women.

5mg would be the max to start off with, ummm, what is there diet like, 4months! no one needs to take AS after 4months, change there diet up, that is all they need right now, insane for them to put themselves on any kinds of AS right now.

Agree with Brickgirl no need to start them on AS just yet. They can achieve so much more on changing their diet. IF they have only been exercising for 4 months they have soooo much to learn including how to eat and train properly. They should wait before trying AS.

It is obvious that you don't know enough about AS for women just yet so I would advise them to do the research themselves before jumping in. They have the potential of getting sides that they may have to live with for the rest of their lives. Let them do the research and decide for themselves if they are still willing to take the risk at this point in their training.

If you are going to give it to them anyway. 20mgs is way to high for a woman to start. Women react differently to every AS, start them off on 5mg a day and watch for sides.

Just try to be safe and good luck to them.

Oh trust me I tried to tell to lay off the stuff. they just need to give it time, but they insist on using it. Since I cannot get them not to take it, I would like to educate them on how much to take.

Oh I informed them of that, but some guy has put in their head that some Anavar would work wonders for them.

Well, I will inform them that 5mgs for the littler girl and 10mgs ED for the bigger one

Just tell them 5mg and call it good.
Tell them both to put back some money for laser hair removal when its over. I knew the likely sides for me going in and it was something that I was willing to deal with. Because of genetics I now have lovely coarse black whiskers on my neck that have to be shaved daily. I have had the rest of my face lasered so it is no big deal and go in a couple of weeks to have my neck dealt with but these two women need to know that as beginners the sides are about all they can expect to get out of this.

It was a genetic thing made worse by the Ox - had I not had the genetic predisposition to a beard it would not have happened but the point is that if the genetics are there it is possible. Laser hair removal isn't cheap and gals need to think about this stuff before they start popping the pills like they are M&M's

bro the first one definitely needs to get on a diet as soon as possible. No need for taking AAS for the moment. As for the other one since she really wants to do it and sounds like you cant stop her from doing that, then start with 5 mg of brand name anavar. It should enough.

Too bad they are TRULY wasting their money. Kind of akin to fat people who get lipo because they "can't be bothered with working it off" or "If I get the lipo, I will look and feel better and it will motivate me to get into the gym"... Somehow I don't think the docs are turning these people away by the droves...

Since they won't listen to your voice of reason, invite them here. Perhaps hearing first hand from the hoarse voice's (pun intended) may enlighten them.

Higher math: 4 out of 5 here agree, [(HIGH body FAT) + (steroids)] = usually(SIDE EFFECTS!)
