Anavar dosing

For thoses who have used anavar, whar is the best way to take the tabs? All at once or spread out? I've searched, and people are doing both. I was going to take my 35mgs, three times daily.
The reason I'm asking is the guy I lift with is going to be taking his all at once. His reason is that he does not want to stress his liver 24 hours a day. He also takes all orals 5 days on/ 2 days off. He is older and has elavated liver values for a while. Any thoughts?

Hormones work differently in the body, from my experience and from everything that I have read it's better to keep the elevated levels higher by dosing across the day. As far as the liver goes, it's amount of the attack - Compare it to cigarettes, if you smoke a pack-a-day across the day or smoke 20 cigs in ten minutes in the morning the damage pretty much has been done. Also, when spread out, taking Tyler's will help better in protecting the small amount that it does.

Also 35 mg 3 times a day seems high - I have found that dosages of 40mg/day produce a pronounced effect - but hey, that's your call bro.

Anavar is very weak and not worth the money IMHO...i would go with something stronger or an injectable...but then again this just my opinion

10 hour total activity life,so spread them out in 5-6 hour intervals.Otherwise your putting your system on one big androgen roller coaster ride,with large peaks then nosedives of zero active substance.

Only taking 35mg a day. Will divide that dose in 3.
