Anavar dose

Can someone give me some advice on an Anavar only cycle. Im 180 14% BF and 35. This will be my 2nd cycle 1st was Test E only. Or should I stack test and anavar?

Anavar has a short half life so split up your daily dosage into an AM and PM dosage

Anavar on its own would be really mild. I would much rather stack test with it.
