thanks, i'm already doing the brown rice and wheat bread. i've read conflicting reports throughout the web about cutting fat on var. some say yes you will others say no you won't.
minimum beginner .20 X LeanBodyWeight(split atleast twice a day)
Protien intake must be up.
Multivitamins daily
15-20g glutamine daily
free form BCAA's daily
Most important: post workout:
50g whey isolate drink
10 g glutamine
5-8 g BCAA.
Unfortunately a diet will make or break any cycle.
I have found, that in MOST, Var will stop exciting the receptors at around 30 days...so if I were you, I would take a HIGH dosage for 30 days (as high a dosage as you would get if you divided ALL of your Var by 30, which would be 30 days straight)
