No prob bor didnt mean to get a little hot it is just I see this alot

40mgs for 8 weeks with some milk thistle

eat clean 200 grams P or more

moderate clean carbs

and train like a mad man

you will be amazed, how u will change..just dont expect ALOT of weight gain
