Diet and dosage are individual. 50-70mg anavar would be a good beginner dosage.
As for diet goes, you really gotta learn it by hand.
Ull need about 2x protein per body kg. 70kg = 140proteins if going natrual
You might need to go higher since your protein synteses are increases and therefore more proteins can be obsorbed, recovery is upt, power and creatine synteses are also increases all this means that you actually become stronger and if ya want more muscles you will have to eat alot more proteins then normal
idd say 200g of proteins every day
If you want to cut you need to find your balanced intake of kcal. The amount of kcal that you eat everyday and wich makes your weight stable, your not gaining weight or loseing it = balanced intake of kcal
reduce with 500kcals and you will be cutting fat
Increase with 500kcals and you will prob gain fat, and muscles
Anavar is a good cutting drug, alot of people think that i will cut you up but thats abit wrong imo. Anavar has that special thing about it that it makes your muscles more tone and look harder and pumpt, youll also be able to maintance alot more mass during your cut in diet or cardio.
Loseing weight and building muscle is quite hard, and is pretty much impossible natural, but when ON its possible. Though Anavar will not increase your mass "big time" it might give you 1-3kgs verries alot
Idd say dont think about gaining much on it, try cut alittle on it and get the cutting effekt! looking more lean might make you look 3+ heavyer
