Hi to the community, have to say , much of my research for my first cycle of Test/Var was done on EF and therefore I feel I have to return the favour with a log at least for the benefit of newbies like myself.
Unfortunately the Test vials broke on their way here and although waiting for a replacement, the couple weeks needed is throwing my whole schedule off so I thought I would run a decent 6 week Var / Demacrine stack and record the results.
STATS
27, 6'4" , 198 Lbs, 4 years lifting experience, 12% BF
CYCLE
50mg Var ED (maybe 60?)
PP Demacrine 5 pumps
PCT
PP Toco 8
PP EndoAmp
PP Sustain Alpha
SUPPLEMENTS
Multivitamin
Omega 3
IBCAA
Whey
PP Liver Juice
DIET
Generally High Protein, moderate-low fat with essentially little carbs on the weekend.
TRAINING
Lifting - Tue,Thu,Fri, Sun
MMA - Mon, Wed
Sparring - Mon
Hopefully with this programme not only will I be able to test the lean muscle effects but also any fat loss that may be induced from the stack.

Before the flaming begins, I am aware of the debatable liver toxicity when dealing with var, but better safe than sorry, plus intrigued by PP's new product.
