Anavar and winny powder?

does anyone have any idea of the procedure in which the anavar/ winny powder can be taken? how will the doses be taken of ANAVAR powder: 1000mg, 200 5mg servings,

buy an electronic pocket scale (like 15 bucks) and use that to measure it out... do a search on the web adn you'll be able to find some.
