Anavar...and the right dose

Ok so I got my Anavar and I'm really excited... the problem is they're in 10mg caps that I can't cut in half. Since this is my first cycle, and from what I gathered from my research, I'm suppose to got slow and low so 2.5mg to start than go up to 5mg and 10mg if the need may be... But since mine are 10mg to start with, what do I do: take one every two days? Help plz!

5MG is not that high to start at so you could split the cap in half but it is a pain in the ass it wont be exact since the half life is so short best to run it every day rather then every other day your hormones will be all over the map like that and it could acctually cause more sides.

I would start at 5mgs and stay there. If you have never run it before and you don't get results its not the amount you are taking but your diet and how you work out.
Take the least amount necessary to achieve the desired results.

I am getting anavar in liquid form. I do not know where to get it otherwise. I know we arent supposed to post URL's so I wont even go there. My question is how do I measure out the doseage in a syringe. I dont know how 5mg would be measured in ML's?

laxsurf what does the bottle say? (ie: 10mg/mL) etc..... An insulin syringe is the easiest to dose a higher mg product....

Okay I got my Var, How do you measure 5mg on an insulin syringe so i dont over do it?
