Anavar and phentermine

Stats please. Age, weight, body fat %, years training, past cycles, etc.

heh....

I'll answer it straight up
yes...you can take both at the same time as in..it won't kill you
I'd run it by a doctor (good luck with that)
and phentermine is bad news bears (heart valves and other such important parts are damaged by even short term use)

Reason I ask for stats ma'am is because it's straight up nonsense to tell someone who is 30-40% bodyfat "yeah sure, take a strong ass fat burning drug AND steroids."

It's common practice on EliteFitness to ask this. Just FYI. Thanks for the straight up answer though.

As for you Sunny, just be safe. Only have one body so do be careful with it.

Agreed ^^^^ if you've been training for a year and have seen no results drugs aren't the answer...why don't you post up your diet and routine? Tweeking this will help more than Any drug

+1 good looking out psizzle...

Sunny,1 year of training is a great accomplishment, but you probably have some work to do and CAN do naturally...you will learn a lot from the women in this forum...

Forming an opinion without information, we all would agree, defines ignorance. Giving advice would be the same. What if she was 13 years old, 50% bodyfat and had a heart condition? Great advice. . . Nope.

She is asking about steroids and drugs and your answers need to be given in a responsible manner.

I mean no offense, Girl. I'm just sayin'.

This is the answer. Tweeking diet and exercise will get you much further than any drug.

Agree with you here, my man. Psizzle is very knowledgeable and a great example to follow.

Shirlene is actually very knowledgeable, as well, and has experience both personally and professionally.

The answer almost always lies in your diet. I agree with the others. If you are not seeing any results, it's in what you're eating and how much. If you post up a day or two's worth of meals, we can get you started on the right track. I would do this first and before you consider any additional and potentially harmful supplements.

Ok so here is my diet plan
Breakfast 2 boiled eggs and 2 slices of turkey bacon and water after breakfast 1hour f cardio
Lunch tuna fish with 1boiled egg and half of cumuber and a apple and water
Snack a hand full of almonds
Dinner skinless chiicken breast and green beans and 1soda after dinner 1hour of cardio
And after workout i drink a protien shake
This is my meal everyday i am on the depo shot so idk if that has anything to do with me not lossing weight
And finally i am so glad for everyone's help to reach my weightloss goal like i said i am new to this and working out for a year and not seeing any results is just soooo frustrating maybe i am not eating the right foods or not enough once again thanks for everyone input

not sure on the macros, you should track these but I can tell you drop the turkey bacon its loaded with sodium, def drop the soda....sit down and calculate you protein/carb/fat intake in grams and post that up

none taken...and I agree...I was kind of being facetious...I forget that this isn't C&C and sarcasm is either overlooked or isn't appreciated ..

I apologize and you're absolutely right

most people that want to take an amphetamine haven't looked into it much and aren't apt to be open to sound advice

I know because I was gun-ho about phentermine about 4 years ago..and know what? when I finally DID get it..legally because I wasn't interested in federal prison..it didn't do crap for me ..not one pound gone
and wound up with a temporary heart murmur
it didn't suppress my appetite and my diet sucked

I would go so far to say after that lesson that weight loss and body recomp is 95% diet
best advice I got was to keep a food log so I could accurately look over my macros

with a keto diet I personally drop fat like butter melting in a skillet
hell..my avatar is 8 weeks postpartum of my 4th baby and I'm about 30% bf there

drop the turkey bacon, drop the apple..no soda ..further more no sweentener if you can help it
I see no real healthy fats in there besides the almonds which may not be the best choice
and my experience with depo was fricken horrible
I put on 30 lbs in two months (and I was like 22 at the time and a very lean size 5) and my hair fell out..tho my hair falling out seems to be a recurring theme :(

anyway...if you're able to try a different bc I would give it a shot and it takes a long time for depo to work its ways out of your system

I agree the diet is 100% key! If we spent more time making sure the food we put in our mouths is in the right macro combination for the goals we need the gym(exercise) is only 10% of the formula. For example: my breakfast consists of 40g dry oatmeal, 60g berries and 6 egg whites. I get my healthy fats in the morning from my double distilled Omegas. Then exactly 2.5 hours after that I have my second meal: 2 cups of romaine/spinach, 1 cup of mix peppers, 1/4 cup cucumber green onion to taste and 5oz. Of chicken. Pre-workout I eat yam and white fish like orange roughy, post workout shake with glutamine and veggie greens then precise timing eat again another starchy carb and protein 1-2 after training.... Bedtime snack of protein pudding(homemade) LOTS of water min 4L if no exercise. Add an extra L of water for every hour of exercise.

IN MY OPINION you are doing too much cardio! And Depo is the worst birth control because most have weight gain as a side effect(personal experience- I gained 70 lbs). Use a condom! No side effects if you put it on him properly :) jk

I hope that helps! Cardio is not the key, u can use supersets or giants to get your heart pumping while building muscle.

Good luck!

Welcome to the site, not a bad 1st post ;-)

I agree with you on a lot of those points. My doc wanted to put me on the depo shot, I looked at him like he was crazy... (because of the possible weight gain - he KNOWS the lifestyle I lead)

You rock

2 hours of cardio a day? Am I reading that right? Where is the weights? those 2 things there are a huge problem in my eyes.

If your goal is fat loss, and not competition prep, then eliminating everything from your diet is not required. I personally don't see a problem with keeping turkey bacon in, or eating an apple - but I am in the minority. But you do need some diet changes.

Honestly, if you are not prepping for a contest and are not trying to get ripped - just to lose fat an get leaner - then there IS room in your diet for some "normalcy". But you have to be smart about training, smart about food choices and you will have less "wiggle room" when it comes to cheating and treats.

Oh, and drop the depo. Seriously that stuff is poison. BCP are better than the shot. I'd look into an IUD if I were you.

I agree with you, DG on the dieting part. I tend to be more of a total calories in vs total calories out over a 24 hour period, for regular dieting kinda person. I think your food choices do have an impact but would suggest staying sane and choosing things you like also helps in maintaining the longevity of the diet. :)

two hours of cardio might be causing too much of a deficit...

I kind of wonder if thyroid is suppressed (low cals high activity)..... depo can cause pcos like symtoms (insulin resistance)...in which case , yeah the turkey bacon is fine but the apple is really not

weight training seriously helps weight loss more than cardio for a lot of people...plus its more fun :p
