If you have already started taking the Anavar, continue.

If it has not started, you do not have to wait for the menstrual cycle to end to begin.

None at all that I can think of.

are your periods tough where you can't workout on them? if so just take a couple days off of everything including the var. you don't want your body to be under stress

Being on your menstrual cycle will not effect how the anavar works. There's no need to wait until after your menstrual cycle to start the anavar.
