Anavar and Indigestion...

Gota bud of mine im training currently. Hes running sust with anavar. Hes been complaining the last fews day of indigestion/bloating/gas/gut pain , nothing too severe. I have read that this is quite common in fact, just curious as to what you guys normally do .... ex pepto

Yeah I just started a var only cycle (50 a day) to help with the next 5 weeks of cutting. I have experienced some really bad gas and bloating issues, and the first 3 days had me crapping what I thought was my small intestine. It has since passed and I'm all good now. It was odd though, my gut would keep contracting to push more crap out, but not a dang thang was left. EEWW. Tell you buddy this too shall pass.

Thanks for the reply fellas. This fat bastard is a pretty paranoid guy. Hes been on for just under two weeks and hes convinved hes getting gyno as well. I told him to go 20mg for a few days then drop it down to 10mg ... I realize var does NOT aromatize ... must be the sust. Any further advice would be appreciated, thanks boys.

i am running sust and anavar and never have those problems take some milk thistle this will help on the stomach cramps.and dont eat big macs!!!!!!!!LOL

this is my 3rd time running var. 1st 2 times was at much lower doses but this time i'm at 100mg/day. my conclusion is that var gives me more gas than EXXON/MOBIL, SUNOCO and BP put together. i mean DAMN...i'm droppin' some hiroshima type atomic muthafuckas

Yep .... It can do this. I laugh when an article says it helps lose fat. Yes ... your gut hurts and you don't eat!

I made sure I took mine in the middle of a meal ... food in front and food behind followed by 8 oz of water ... no more than 10 mg a setting.

No pain and made really good gains.

I am taking sust var right now and had some issues but taking with food seems to help also I found ramping into it helps abit also. Also making sure he splits the doses really helps.

im on 60mg ed for 8 days now, first 4 days had severe acid reflux on 40mg, now up to 60mg and no more reflux, it'll pass.

im also taking test e 250mg ew with aifm, noticed a little water starting to show so i went from 1 pump twice per day to two and it seems to have completely solved that, my face is lean looking, no water in site.
