Anastrozole, Letrozole or Exemestane ?? in cycle

cholesterol
65% inhibition (we need estrogens )
the "head", no problems

Primarily the difference is the percenatge of effectiveness in the amount of estrogen they control but Exemestane is also what is know as a suicidal AI. It is a Type I compared to Letrozole and Anastrozole which are Type II. In order of effectiveness we have Anastrozole then Exemestane and finally Letrozole which is a particularly potent AI.

For on cycle use Anastrozole and Exemestane are preferred as we typically do not wish to obliterate estrogen as Letro can do. Myself I will use Anastrozole as needed during a cycle and then run a little Exemestane leading into PCT. Exemestane is a better match to Nolvadex if you use for PCT as I do for one thing. For any on cycle rise in estrogen as would seem your currently experiencing Anastrozole should be sufficient to use. Anastrozole can be run at a low dose of .25mgs/EOD intially to see if symptons subside and then stopped if needed or continued at that dose for remainder of cycle as a precautionary measure until your more aware of how your body reacts to androgens. Anastrozole is relatively cheap when compared to Exemestane also so value for money is always my first choice for on cycle AI.
