Anastrozole dosage to start with

Hello guys, my next cycle will incorporate Deca Test Primo and Var.

But Test and Deca are the only ones to aromatize.

Test - 250/week
Deca - 400/week

With that much AAS, how much anastrozole would you take to begin ? I will make a blood test 5 weeks in and adjust.

I think I can start with 1mg Mon /Wed / Fri ?
A friend always run 1mg ED but it seems a lot to me.

Funniest thing is it is my third cycle but absoluterly no idea how much I've runned in the past.

I think 1mg is way too much. I would use 0.25-0.50mg MON/WED/FRI
Start with 0.25mg you can always adjust if needed but typically
that's very effective.
